ORDINATION & AFFIRMATION

The office of a Bishop is a sacred extension of the apostolic and prophetic foundation laid by Christ Himself. In Acts 1, Peter stood among the apostles to restore divine order after Judas’ fall, declaring that “his bishopric let another take.” This shows that the bishopric (oversight) is not a man-made title but a continuation of apostolic governance and prophetic alignment.

Every true Bishop functions within the colony of apostles and prophets, upholding doctrine, order, and spiritual covering in the Church. It’s a call to stewardship, not status — to ensure the Body of Christ remains aligned with heaven’s pattern.

In Acts 1:20, Peter revealed that the office of a Bishop is part of the divine order established within the apostolic and prophetic foundation. When Judas fell from his place, Peter said, “His bishopric let another take,” showing that the bishopric (oversight) flows in alignment with the apostolic calling.

The Bishop stands as a guardian of doctrine and divine order — not apart from the apostles and prophets, but in harmony with them. Together, they form a spiritual colony for governance, preservation, and the building up of Christ’s Church in truth and power.

About

Council Of Ministerial Alliance

The Council of Ministerial alliance, of Apostles, Prophets, and Bishops was founded in 2004 by a team of kingdom-minded ministers from South Africa, Nigeria, and the Philippines led by Bishop Ocampo Ricardo with a shared vision to bring divine order and apostolic alignment to the Body of Christ.

Since its humble beginning, the Council has grown into a global community of ministers and leaders representing nations across Malaysia, South Korea, South America, the United States, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia, just to mention a few.

We are not a typical network of ministers, but a council of governing leaders united by one central purpose — to bring alignment, accountability, and spiritual covering to the Body of Christ worldwide.

Our heartbeat is to see the Church function in oneness, authority, and divine order, raising strong spiritual leaders who influence their nations and advance the Kingdom of God in every sphere of society.

Our Mission

Our mission is to bring divine order to the Body of Christ by strengthening and supporting those whom God has set forth as leaders in His Church. We are committed to helping the set man gain global recognition, while bridging Church leadership and governmental authority to advance the Kingdom agenda.

We stand to defend the rights of the Church community, enforce equity and justice, and promote unity, accountability, and alignment within the Body of Christ. Furthermore, we ensure that the families of those who labor in the ministry are not forgotten, but are cared for, honored, and supported as an essential part of the servant’s legacy.

Our Vision

Our vision is to see a well-structured, united, and empowered Body of Christ where true spiritual authority is honored, and every leader called by God functions in order, integrity, and divine alignment.

We envision a global network of Apostles, Prophets, and Bishops who stand together in truth and righteousness, influencing nations, shaping policies, and restoring the voice of the Church in governmental and societal affairs.

We strive to raise a generation of ministers who lead with character, wisdom, and compassion, ensuring that the set man and his family are strengthened, supported, and celebrated for their labor in the vineyard of God.

Statement Of Believe

The Council of Ministerial alliance,  of Apostles, Prophets, and Bishops, believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final guide for faith, doctrine, and godly living.

We believe in the one true and living God, eternally existing in three persons Father, Son, and Holy Spirit who works in unity to redeem, restore, and empower His Church to fulfill His divine purpose on earth.

We believe that the office of a Bishop is not a separate calling, but an office of spiritual oversight and service within the Body of Christ. This office is open to anyone called by God as an Apostle, Prophet, or head of a church, who desires to serve with greater responsibility, accountability, and order in the ministry.

According to the Word of God (Acts 1–2; 1 Timothy 3:1–7; Titus 1:6–9), anyone seeking the office of a Bishop must:

                •             Be blameless and of good character,

                •             Rule his own house well,

                •             Possess a good testimony among believers and outsiders,

                •             Be able to teach, lead, and serve faithfully,

                •             And be fully devoted to the service of God and His people.

We believe that true leadership is not found in titles but in character, humility, and obedience to God’s calling. The Bishop’s office is a sacred trust — a position of stewardship meant to uphold sound doctrine, strengthen the Church, and promote unity among ministers of the Gospel.

We therefore commit ourselves to walk in the fear of God, to lead with integrity, and to uphold the truth of the Scriptures as we serve Christ and His Church in love and in truth.
